Thu 24 Sep 2026: Apologies to anyone trying to access these pages in the last day or so. I had a RAID array glitch – fortunately no data was lost. I have replaced some bits, removed some bits and rebuilt the array. I now have some spare parts I have little use for. Things seem to be stable, though (and oddly quieter).
I have collected a number of devices, mostly from the 1990’s. I could never have afforded to buy most of this stuff when it was new, but I have more money now than I did then… plus I didn’t spend anywhere near as much on any of it as they asked for when it was new.
I thought I’d write a little about each one in case anyone might find it as interesting as I do.
